While incarcerated at Marcy Correctional Facility – handcuffed and shackled to a bed – Robert Brooks was beaten to death by the people responsible for overseeing his safety.

Accountability is needed now.

Families & Friends of the Wrongfully Convicted are organizing a rally Monday December 30th at 3:00pm at Governor Hochul's NYC Office to demand justice for Robert Brooks, who was brutally beaten and killed on December 9th by Marcy Correctional Facility correction officers.
