This week, Gina Mitchell, Attorney-in-Charge of Law Reform & Policy, provided testimony to the New York City Council's Public Safety Committee on the use of Stop & Frisk tactics and calling on the Council to pass Int. 798, which would abolish the NYPD's use of the gang database.
